Frequently Asked Questions
A. For self-pay clients, the cost is $15 for a urine test and $25 for a blood test. For Medicaid clients, the state will pay for a pregnancy test.
A. No. Urine pregnancy testing is done daily on a walk-in basis Monday-Thursday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at our 4700 Erie Street office. The urine test result is available immediately.
For blood pregnancy testing, PAC provides a lab slip on a walk-in basis Monday through Thursday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at our Erie Street location. Blood pregnancy test results are available the next day after 10:00 am.
A. No. All client information is kept confidential within this organization, except where there is threat of physical harm (i.e. homicide, suicide, child abuse, or child neglect), which the law requires us to report.
A. Any age: Teens do not need parental consent to obtain pregnancy test services at PAC. If you think you may be pregnant, you may walk in and get a pregnancy test Monday-Thursday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at our Erie Street location.
A. Yes. We are committed to giving women information on all options.
A. Yes. Applications for these programs require proof of pregnancy and proof of income. If you have a positive pregnancy test at PAC, a proof of pregnancy will be provided in order to apply for both programs. PAC’s Outreach team is also available to assist with completing forms to be submitted to the county health department or department of social services for processing.

A. Bring a photo ID (driver’s license, green card or school ID).
A. PAC is closed on Saturday and Sunday and weekdays evenings. If you have an emergency situation, please go to the nearest hospital Emergency Room.
A. We have a self serve clothing area in our waiting room open from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
